These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Visibil Technologies Ltd. ("Visibil", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Visibil website, products, plugins, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Visibil Service

Visibil offers an AI-powered SEO automation tool that integrates with your website, primarily via our WordPress plugin, to help improve your search visibility and rankings with minimal effort.

1.1 Registration & Eligibility

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

1.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You agree not to misuse the Services or assist anyone else in doing so.
